Natalie Huber

President/CEO

Natalie joined Ranch Ehrlo in January 2021 as the president/CEO.  Natalie has worked in child and family services for close to 28 years, most recently as the Assistant Deputy Minister with Saskatchewan Social Services. Natalie believes in collaboration, building strong teams, and working together to improve the lives of individuals, children, youth, and families. She is very excited to join and lead the Ranch Ehrlo organization. In her spare time, Natalie enjoys camping and travelling with her husband, two children, and their dogs. 

Pam Dmytriw

Pam has been a director at Ranch Ehrlo since 2016. She has worked in both direct care and management roles at the Ministry of Social Services and the Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region. She loves travelling and spending time with family.

Corinna Hayden-Fidler

Corinna has been with Ranch Ehrlo for many years and has spent the majority of her career as an educator. Before being appointed the vice-president of education in September 2013, she held the title of director of secondary and vocational programs. When she’s not working, Corinna is participating in her favourite lifelong leisure activity, Friday night curling.

David Rivers

David Rivers has over 20 years of experience in the agency. He has filled many roles in several programs, starting as a caseworker. Before becoming vice-president of clinical services in August 2020, David served as the director of performance and quality improvement.

Shelley Reddekopp

Shelley joined Ranch Ehrlo in 2021. She brings to the agency significant corporate, leadership, and finance experience.  During her 20-year career with the Government of Saskatchewan, Shelley held several positions including Assistant Deputy Minister. In her most recent role, Shelley has led the budget development, planning, performance management, process improvement, and policy functions for a division.

Carole Bryant

Carole Bryant joined the Ranch in 2000. In 2003, she became the vice-president of Ehrlo Community Services and in 2005, she became the vice-president of administration and quality improvement. In 2016, she assumed a new role as director of governance and corporate services.

Blair Swystun, Chair

Blair Swystun retired in 2020, following a 24-year career at Crown Investments Corporation (CIC), the last six as president and CEO. Blair has a master’s degree in Business Administration (Finance), is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors. His directorships include member and board chair, CIC Asset Management Inc., member of First Nations and Métis Fund, board chair, Saskatchewan Opportunities Corporation, and chair, Saskatchewan Pension Plan. An active volunteer, Blair served on the Dean’s Advisory Committee, U of R, Levine Graduate School of Business, on the Leaders Council, U of R, Hill School of Business, was a member of the Saskatchewan Science Centre, the Regina Mayor’s Community Leaders Advisory Committee and treasurer/president of the Saskatchewan Society of Financial Analysts. An avid outdoorsman, Blair enjoys hiking, hunting, fishing, and cycling.

Hirsch Greenberg

Prior to his 19 and a half year tenure as practicum coordinator and a three-year term as department head with the Department of Justice Studies, Hirsch held various positions in justice, social services, education, unions, and health organizations as a front-line staff, an executive director, a volunteer board member, and a consultant. Hirsch’s involvement with Ranch Ehrlo dates back to the early 1970s when he worked on the front line at the agency; at Mobile Crisis Services he worked with Ranch staff in placing youth on an emergency basis or intervening in situations where youth were AWOL from the Ranch. More recently in his position at the Department of Justice Studies, he has worked with a number of our staff placing students in practicums with the Ranch. He has also worked on a contract basis on reserve setting up one of the FN Child and Family Services agencies. Hirsch has an array of board experience and currently sits on the board of the Alternative Measures Program.

Dr. Louise Greenberg

Dr. Louise Greenberg is a former Executive in Residence at the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy (JSGS) at the University of Regina. Before joining JSGS, Louise worked for 32 years in the Government of Saskatchewan with the last five years as Deputy Minister of Advanced Education. Louise currently serves on several boards in Saskatchewan. 

Frank Regel

Frank has a Master of Social Work degree and worked in the human services field for over 30 years including group living services for youth, child protection, youth justice, and mental health.  When he retired, he had been the executive director of the Prince Albert Mental Health district for several years. Frank was also a sessional lecturer with the School of Social Work, U of R, teaching in the area of mental health, alcohol, and addictions. Following his retirement, he remained active on contract with the health region providing leadership to the regional ethics committee. Frank has served on various boards and committees over the years and continues to be active with Family Futures Inc., Friends of Little Red, and the Ranch’s Buckland/Prince Albert advisory committee. Frank is excited to become involved in a more “provincial” role with Ranch Ehrlo.  

Amy Groothuis

Amy is a registrar with the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan. She has had over 13 years of experience practicing in a diverse environment, including as former general counsel to a bi-territorial Crown corporation and in private practice. Her areas of practice include labour and employment law, administrative law, and civil litigation. She is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) and currently serves as chair of the CBA Administrative and Labour Law (South) Section. Amy resides in Regina with her husband and three children.

Deb Pacholka

Deb has her BA and LLB from the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon. Following her articles with MacPherson, Leslie, Tyerman she stayed at home to raise a family for a few years. Returning to the workforce, she worked as assistant general counsel at Co-operators Life Insurance, a Canadian life and disability insurer. She then accepted a similar position at Information Services Corporation, a TSX-listed company focused on the delivery of registry and information services. During her legal career, she served as director of the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association and various legal profession committees. Deb retired from ISC after 10 years of service in June 2018. Deb is an active member of Poltava Ukrainian Ensemble where she has played the mandolin in its orchestra for over 24 years. She is also a former director of Basketball Saskatchewan.

Darren McKee

Darren is currently the CEO/Executive Director of the Saskatchewan School Board Associations (SSBA), a position he has held for the past 10 years. The association represents all publicly funded school boards in Saskatchewan. Prior to joining the SSBA, Darren was the Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM) with the Ministry of Education, being the first Indigenous ADM at the provincial level. While at the ministry he led the policy framework development for Indigenous Education in the province. Darren is currently chair of the United Way of Regina.

Benjamin Findlay

Ben is a professional in the financial industry and strives to be a trusted wealth advisor and active volunteer of his community. A graduate of Arizona State University with undergraduate degrees in human communication and design management, Ben also received his certificate in investment foundation and his chartered investment manager designation. Ben is currently working on an MBA from Dalhousie University.

Ben is an amateur athlete and coach, and an active volunteer in his community. His board and volunteer experience includes that with Ranch Ehrlo Society, Ronald McDonald House Charities, KidSport, Golf Saskatchewan, and Saskatchewan Young Professionals and Entrepreneurs.

Lana Gray

Lana Gray has a lengthy career in human resources and people consulting practices. She was a senior leader in the Saskatchewan and national credit union system having worked 22 years in various capacities, nine at the executive level of leadership. A certified executive coach, Lana served as a subject matter expert supporting a wide variety of public and private organizations with MNP national consulting arm. She is currently a business owner, executive coach, and leadership consultant at Lana Gray Leadership Services. She is a sessional instructor with the U of R Hill School of Business. Lana has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Development from the U of R and a number of certificates and diplomas in coaching, adult education, and business administration. She is the public representative of CPA Saskatchewan's board committee, a former director on the Regina Symphony Orchestra, and former president of Family Services Regina.

Robin Clarke

Robin Clarke has over 20 years of experience in the gaming industry, the majority with Indigenous gaming. Robin is currently Director of Surveillance at the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) in Saskatoon. He holds a diploma in business administration from the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technology (SITT), a certificate from the Surveillance Directors Academy at the University of Las Vegas, and a certificate in Effective Executive Leadership from the University of Saskatchewan, among others. Robin, his partner, and four children live on the Whitecap Dakota First Nation. He is active in the community.

Reagan Lowe

Reagan Lowe has 25 years’ experience in human resources across all HR disciplines in the public and non-profit sectors, and currently works with Regina Public Schools as superintendent of human resources. Reagan is a CPHR designation holder and has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan, majoring in human resources. Reagan is passionate about organizational effectiveness and creating cultures where people feel engaged, valued, and inspired to deliver their very best. 

Outside of work, Reagan enjoys exploring the outdoors with family and friends and nurturing balance and creativity as a professional craftsperson and member of the Saskatchewan Craft Council. 

Jon Stricker

Jon is the vice-president at Fries Tallman Lumber, a family owned building supply store in Regina that firmly believes in building better communities. Jon graduated from the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in finance.

Jon still considers himself an athlete, despite his hockey career being limited to a few recreational games a year now. He’s an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time outdoors fishing and snowmobiling.

In addition to Jon’s involvements with Ranch Ehrlo, he spends his time volunteering with Ronald McDonald House Canada, Regina’s North Central Family Centre and supporting local youth hockey programs in the city.

Jim Fallows

Jim retired in 2022 following a career in accounting and finance. He has a master’s degree in business administration and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. He also holds the Certified Financial Planner designation.

Most of Jim’s career was spent at the Ministry of Finance in the areas of treasury management and financial reporting. Earlier in his career, Jim was a sessional lecturer at the University of Regina and he also worked at a public accounting firm.

In addition to serving at Ranch Ehrlo, Jim has served as a board member with the Regina Open Door Society, Regina Food for Learning, and SCEP Centre Early Intervention and Training Services. He has also volunteered at numerous community events over the years.

Jim is an avid curler, and on most days can be found walking his soft coated wheaten terriers.

Anne-Marie Ursan has dedicated her career to community service, leadership, and advocacy. She is the former Executive Director of Thunder Creek Rehabilitation Association, Director of Adult Recovery Services at Five Hills Health Region, an instructor at Saskatchewan Polytechnic, and a community consultant. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology (Honours in Psychology) from the University of Regina and is a resident of Moose Jaw.

With extensive experience in governance and program development, Anne-Marie has served on the boards of several organizations, including the Moose Jaw YM/YWCA, Moose Jaw Transition House, Canadian Mental Health Association Moose Jaw Branch, Saskatchewan Schizophrenia Society, and the former Moose Jaw Separate School Board (now Holy Trinity), where she held roles as Trustee and Chairperson. She currently sits on the Moose Jaw Housing Authority and Square One Community boards.

Passionate about housing security and supportive housing programs for vulnerable populations, she has contributed to numerous initiatives aimed at improving community resources. Throughout her career, she has conducted program reviews of residential services and local mental health and addiction services and has been trained in lean management to enhance service efficiency.

Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, Anne-Marie enjoys reading, staying active at her local gym, and walking. She has been a long-time member of the Regina Middle Eastern Dance Association, where she continues to take classes and perform with a local dance group. She is married and has two adult children and two incredible grandchildren.
